Why "C & G"?

C & G silver is the standard for something genuine, tested, and made to last. That is the standard Claus and Guillermo set for this firm: written quotes, itemised accounting, homes left broom-clean, and one name accountable from the first walk-through to the final report.

The firm operates three divisions under one roof: C & G Estate Sales for fine homes, C & G Equestrian & Farm for equestrian estates and farms, and C & G Home Services for white-glove home care.

Mentoring the next generation

Claus mentors Guillermo Davis — C & G's Managing Partner / Director of Operations — in entrepreneurship through the business, teaching him hands-on how a real company is priced, marketed, and run with integrity, so young people can one day own a business of their own. Claus also runs Sisters Helping Sisters in Need Inc, the separate community nonprofit C & G supports with 10% of its profits, where Guillermo leads the motorcycle-awareness campaign.

Why C & G — our story

C & G is Claus and Guillermo. Claus founded the company to do estate sales the way she would want them done for her own family — beautifully, honestly, and with nothing left for the family to carry. Guillermo, her mentee, came in as co-owner at eighteen, learning entrepreneurship by helping run a real company beside her. Together they serve the families of Central Florida — and because Claus also runs Sisters Helping Sisters in Need Inc, C & G gives 10% of its profits to that work, so every sale helps a neighbour, too.
